Garden Cottage, so called because of the private, scented garden hidden  behind an old post and rail fence built by the pioneers and sheltered by  the spreading branches of an old pepper tree, is a charming one bedroom cottage.

Honeysuckle and jasmine spill delightfully onto the balcony and, combined with the two magnolias guarding the steps down into the garden, fill the evening air with their magnificent perfume when in flower. A variety of herbs and citrus fruit can be plucked by guests when in season.

The cottage has only one bedroom with a queensize bed and floor to ceilings  windows allow for lovely views across the balcony to the garden below.

The bathroom, which is accessed from the bedroom, has a double spa.

There is also a separate shower recess. All linen is provided.

The kitchen in this cottage has a microwave and a gas cooktop. Please note that there is no oven. A private gas barbecue is located in the garden.

There is a TV/VCR and some magazines, books and board games for guests enjoyment.

The cottage has a wood combustion fire for winter warmth and an air conditioner for the warmer days.
